Hope you are doing great. I have a few friends that are anxiously awaiting your next trip to the Mooresville/Charlotte area. They have seen what you have done for me and they are very excited and full of hope. I am the happiest I have been in a long long time and I can't even remember what it was like to smoke. Dear Dr. D,
I can't believe you e mailed me to check on my progress.....that's great!...I just want you to know, that I am having very good success with the (not) smoking staple....Of course I know it is also a HEAD thing, but never the less, I allow myself one cigeratte a day (down from a pack a day in less than a week), and that is ususally around 6:00 pm. and I'm sure that will also go away SOON! As for the weight loss staple, that is nothing short of a MIRACLE!!! Every one of us that came in for the weight loss is having great results. And I can't wait to get the SuperFood for Life, I'm sure that will take me to the next level.

Dear Dr. Black,
I recently had the staple for weight loss, and I have lost 15 lbs. in ten days. The staple has caused to me to significantly reduce my eating portion sizes. I am not strictly following the food plan, but I have increased my green vegetable intake. I am taking the Super Food Complete.

I have not made exercising a habit yet, but am on my way. This has helped me on my adventure in losing weight.

Dear AcuStay,
I got stapled & started taking Super Food Complete just over a month ago. I noticed right away I didn't get hungry. I also used the smaller plate you recommended and I'm eating smaller portions.
